     BCOP-3251 Panthersville Road in Decatur will hold its seventh annual Back to School Bash Giveaway at Georgia State University Aug.3 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.  

    The event will have free food, activities for students, financial literacy training, health screenings, free HIV testing and free school supplies for elementary, middle and high school students.
